Midwest Center for Dentistry and Implants (MCDI) is a general dental practice at 545 S York Rd in Bensenville, IL, with general, cosmetic, and implant dentistry in one office. Dr. Shivam S. Patel is the practice’s dentist, supported by a small team, and most of our patients live within about 10 miles of the office.

Dr. Patel is currently the only dentist at MCDI. He plans, places, and restores every implant case in our office, and he delivers final teeth himself. Wednesdays and Fridays are reserved for scheduled surgery and complex cases, so those appointments have the time they need.
When someone else is the better fit, we say so. Root canals are referred to endodontists, complex wisdom teeth close to the nerve are referred out, complex bite cases are coordinated with orthodontists, and fillings for young children are often referred to a pediatric dentist. We coordinate the referral and share your images.

Our team includes a director of operations, a lead hygienist, and two dental assistants we call clinical partners. At your first visit, you’ll also meet your treatment coordinator.

Where to find us.
We’re on the second floor at 545 S York Rd, across York Road from White Pines Golf Club, with an adjoining lot and free street parking in front. The office is up a short flight of about 8–10 steps. There is no elevator, and the office is not wheelchair accessible at this time. If stairs are difficult for you, please call us before your visit so we can talk about your needs. Directions
