Insurance and financing, explained plainly.
MCDI is in-network with Delta Dental Premier. We accept most PPO plans with out-of-network benefits and file claims for you. For treatment that isn’t covered, monthly payment options are available through Cherry, Proceed, and CareCredit, and we offer discounts for paying in full.
Insurance
In-network: Delta Dental Premier.
Out-of-network PPO plans: we accept most PPO plans that include out-of-network benefits. Your plan pays its share based on its own allowance, and you’re responsible for the rest. Our team checks your benefits and can give you a pre-treatment estimate. Because your insurer sets the final amounts, we also recommend calling your plan for the most exact numbers.
Claims: we file insurance claims for you.

Financing
Monthly payment options are available through three outside lenders: Cherry, Proceed, and CareCredit. Each lender sets its own terms and approval. Ask us which options fit your treatment plan.

Paying in full
We accept cash, checks, all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Existing patients can also pay a bill online. We offer a discount for paying in full, and for paying by cash or check. Ask us for the current terms.
What treatment costs
Your exact fee is given to you in writing during treatment planning, before treatment starts, so you can compare options and decide.
- Full-arch implant treatment: typically $15,000–$30,000 per arch, depending on case specifics: the number of implants, whether grafting is needed, and the material for the final teeth. Fees may vary based on individual needs and complications.
- Single-tooth implant (area estimate): about $4,865 (in-network allowed) to $6,787 (provider billed) with an extraction, bone graft, custom abutment, and crown, per FAIR Health Consumer, ZIP 60106, September 2026. Not MCDI’s fee.
- IV sedation or general anesthesia, when arranged, is billed separately by the anesthesia provider.
HSA and FSA funds
Health savings accounts (HSAs) and flexible spending accounts (FSAs) can generally be used for qualified dental expenses. We accept HSA and FSA cards. Check with your plan administrator for what your account covers.
