Full-arch implants · All-on-X style

Full-arch dental implants, planned and completed by one doctor.

Full-arch implants replace a full upper or lower set of teeth with teeth anchored to dental implants, either fixed in place or removable for cleaning. At MCDI, Dr. Patel plans, places, and restores each case in-house. For most cases with immediate implant placement, final teeth typically take about 3 to 5 months. Cases that need grafting or staged healing take longer.

Two steps you control, then treatment.

You meet Dr. Patel and get a 3D scan first. A full diagnostic workup happens only if you decide to move forward.

  1. Consultation. A conversation about your goals and concerns, plus a CBCT scan so Dr. Patel can see your bone and anatomy in 3D.
  2. Full workup, if you choose. CBCT, photos, digital scans of your teeth, a full-head facial scan, and X-rays if needed.
  3. Findings and options. Dr. Patel walks you through your options, with your fee in writing. For complex cases this is usually a separate visit, so you have time to think.
  4. Surgery and provisional teeth. Implants are placed in our office, with same-day provisional teeth when clinically appropriate.
  5. Final teeth. Typically about 3 to 5 months later for most immediate-placement cases. Grafting or staged healing adds time, and we’ll tell you up front if your case needs it.

Planned in 3D before surgery.

Your CBCT, digital impressions, and facial scan come together so implant position is planned against your bone and anatomy, and your new teeth are planned to fit your face.

  • 3D imaging: CS 8200 3D CBCT. Bone, nerves, and sinuses in 3D.
  • Digital impressions: TRIOS 5 · IS 3800W. Your teeth, gums, and bite.
  • Facial scanning: full-head scan. Teeth planned to fit your smile and profile.

What full-arch treatment costs.

Full-arch implant treatment at MCDI typically ranges from $15,000 to $30,000 per arch. Your exact fee is given to you in writing during treatment planning, before treatment begins.

Fees may vary based on individual needs and complications. If you choose IV sedation or general anesthesia, it is billed separately by the anesthesia provider.

What moves a case within the range: the number of implants (set by your bone and bite, as seen on your CBCT), grafting (needed when bone volume is limited), and final-teeth material.

Financing and insurance: Cherry, Proceed, and CareCredit, plus discounts for paying in full. In-network with Delta Dental Premier; we accept most PPO plans with out-of-network benefits and file claims for you.

Your scan shows what’s possible.

Bone volume, gum health, medical history, and habits like smoking all shape the plan. The CBCT scan at your consultation shows Dr. Patel what your case needs before you commit to anything.

How we keep you comfortable.

Surgery is done with local anesthesia to numb the area, and oral anti-anxiety medication is available for nervous patients. If your case calls for IV sedation or general anesthesia, it can be arranged in our office, provided by an independent physician or dental anesthesiologist. We’ll talk through which option fits you.

Full-arch implant FAQs

Can I leave with teeth the same day?

Same-day provisional teeth are possible when clinically appropriate. Dr. Patel will tell you at your findings visit whether your case qualifies.

How long until my final teeth?

For most cases with immediate implant placement, final teeth typically take about 3 to 5 months. Cases that need bone grafting or staged healing take longer.

How much does it cost?

Typically $15,000 to $30,000 per arch, depending on the number of implants, grafting, and final-teeth material. Fees may vary based on individual needs and complications.

Will I be put to sleep?

It depends on your case and what you’re comfortable with. Surgery can be done with local anesthesia and oral anti-anxiety medication. When IV sedation or general anesthesia is the better fit, it can be arranged in our office, provided by an independent physician or dental anesthesiologist and billed separately by that provider.
