MCDI offers teeth whitening, dental bonding, porcelain and composite veneers, clear aligners for adults and teens, Snap-On Smile, and gum contouring. Cosmetic work starts with a conversation about what you’d like to change, then digital scans of your teeth and a 3D scan of your face, so any change is planned to fit your smile, lips, and profile, not just your teeth.
Your options
- Teeth whitening: in-office whitening, custom take-home trays, or preloaded whitening trays, after a check of your teeth and gums and tailored to your sensitivity.
- Dental bonding: tooth-colored material shaped onto a tooth to repair chips, close small gaps, or change a tooth’s shape, usually in one visit.
- Veneers: porcelain or composite coverings bonded to the front of teeth to change their color, shape, or length.
- Clear aligners: a series of clear, removable trays that gradually straighten teeth, for adults and teens.
- Snap-On Smile: a removable appliance that fits over your natural teeth.
- Gum contouring: reshaping the gumline to change how much of each tooth shows. Dr. Patel often uses our DEKA SmartXide CO₂ laser for gum contouring; diode lasers and electrosurgery are also available.
How we plan cosmetic work
- A conversation first. What would you change, and what matters most to you?
- Digital scans. Intraoral scans of your teeth and bite, taken with our 3Shape TRIOS 5 or DEXIS IS 3800W scanner.
- A 3D facial scan. Our InstaRisa 4.0 facial scanner captures your face in 3D, so changes are planned to fit your smile, lips, and profile.
- Your options, explained. Dr. Patel reviews what each option can and can’t do for your goals, with fees in writing before you decide.

Every mouth is different; Dr. Patel will tell you which options fit your teeth and gums, and when a simpler option will do.
